Resumen
The author presents a short revision of the former studies on the innervation of the tumors. He bases his observations on the study of eighty eight epitheliomas, where he intends to concatenate the evolutionary states. The methods used were those of Cajal, the modifications of Castro and Martínez Pérez, Bielchowsky and Gross' modification.
He lays stress on the following facts : 1, the excesive initial proliferation of the spectant subepithelium plexus; 2, the exuberant innervation of the epithelium papillae; 3, phenomena of catatropism; 4, desintegration of the
nervous fibres.
From the above statements the author infers that the phenomena of innervation in human tumors are different from those which have been described as experimentaly obtained through the derivatives of tar.
