CONTRACAECUM CABALLEROI n. sp. (Nematoda: Heterocheilidae) parásito de Anhinga anhinga.

Resumen

Is this paper we describe a new species. Contracaecum caballeroi n. sp., similar to C. torcuatum, C. andersoni and C. micropapillatum. It differs from these species by the following characters: from C. andersoni by the number of pre-anal and post-anal papillae; from C. micropapillatum by the number of the papillae and by the size of the spicules which measure in the new species 5.1 mm.; from C. torcuatum by the size of the specimens and the length of the spicules which are longer than in C. caballeroi. n. sp.
