NOTA ACERCA DE ALGUNAS ESPECIES DE ROEDORES DE LOS GENEROS DIPODOMYS, PEROGNATHUS Y PEROMYSCUS

Resumen

In the systematic and descriptive study of the rodents belonging to the genera Dipodomys, Perognathus and Peromyscus existing in the collections of the Section of Mastozoology and Comparative Anatomy of the Institute of Biology, the greatest part of them
collected in the Northern region of the Republic, the somatic and cranial measurements of those specific groups whose specimens numbered over five (small samples) have been submitted to biostatistical elaboration. I took advantage in this manner of all the available material, in order to obtain more complete information about the respective population; supplying, besides, comparative data of greater usefulnes than the simple enumeration of the measurements.
Since in some cases the number of specimens was less than five, their measurements have been recorded without previous elaboration, in order to complete the corresponding descriptive part.
