Resumen
The author presents a study concerning the cellular contribution of the acustic vesicle to the formation of the first anlage of the acustic ganglion of a reptil Sceloporus microlepidotus. The specimens of Sceloporus microlepidotus had 28, 30 and 36 somites. Due to the fact that at this stage of development the neural crests are entirely transformed, it was impossible to establish any relation as contributing agents in the integration of the ganglia, therefore it is only discussed the contribution from the acustic placodes.
