Resumen
The present work is a continuation of the study of the Coleopterous fauna found in the nests of carpenter ants of the genus Atta in Mexico and Central America. Special reference is made to the Scarabaeidae and Cucujidae found in the waste material near the nests of the forementioned ants. A new species, Monotoma hoffmanni Hinton and Ancona, is described from the group Cucujidae. In an early work reference will be made to the Tenebrionidae and Carabidae as well as to other groups of Coleoptera.
