ALTERACIONES DE LA FORMULA LEUCOCITARIA PRODUCIDAS POR EL MAL DEL PINTO

Resumen

The present paper makes refference to the Haemathometry and alterations of the leucocyte-formula produced by "mal del pinto".
We have studied the number of red cells and leucocytes, leucocyte-formula, time for bleeding and coagulation and percentage of haemoglobin.
The alterations in the leucocyte-formula were deducted by applying the calculation of coeficient Q, which allows us to show the "association", "repulsion" or "independence" of the characteristics under consideration. We found association between "pinto " and eosinophily in 46% of the cases; between "pinto" and neutrophily in 19% and between "pinto" and linfocytosis in 12%.
On the contrary, we found repulsión between monocytes and "pinto" in 40% and between basofilous and "pinto" in 41%.
