Resumen

In this paper the study is made of a lot of leeches which existed in the Laboratory ol Helminthology of the Inslitute of Biology without having been identified. For many species already known, new areas of distribution are given, and for others new
morphological data. A new species of Glossosiphonia from Cuautla, State of Morelos, Republic of Mexico, is described with following principal characters: form regular; only one dorsal median row of well developed segmentary papillae; only one pair of eyes; sexual pores separated by only one ring; salivary glands difuse; 5 pair of gastric coeca not branched and 4 pairs of intestinal coeca, branched; male reproductory glands are, 5 pairs of testicles and the female 2 tubular ovaries.
